How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday as long as the item is in stock. Should an item be out of stock we will advise you accordingly and you have the option to either wait until the product arrives in stock, or request a full refund. We only offer courier delivery via The Courier Guy and most orders are delivered within 3 working days.

Do you have any physical shops where I can purchase or view a product?

No, we do not have any physical shops at present and operate exclusively as an online e-commerce shop. Should you require any assistance or information on a product, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Does Le Plaisir – Adult Boutique accept returns?

For sanitary and hygiene purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are working. We will provide a refund for or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.

In your return package please include:

  • The original packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem was
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.

How do I use my item?

Most items include a manufacturer detailed instruction booklet. Please use your product in accordance with the manufacturers recommended instructions. Le Plaisir – Adult Boutique does not accept any liability for injury or death due to the use of a product sold by us. In the event that an instruction booklet is not provided please contact us for assistance. Always remember the general rule – lube it up and if it hurts or is uncomfortable when you use a product, stop using the product immediately!

Will my order arrive discreetly packaged?

Yes! We take your privacy and discretion seriously. Your package will simply indicate it’s come from a shipping warehouse, nothing more. Your secret is safe with us 😉

How do you charge for shipping?

All items are shipped from our premises in Gauteng, and shipping is normally charged at a flat rate of R150.  In certain instances free delivery will be offered, dependent on the delivery distance and the amount of the order placed. The total shipping charge will always reflect upon checkout. Shipping fees apply per order. Grouping items together and fulfilling your purchase in one order will lower your costs for shipping. How can I pay for my order?

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 24 hours). If you would like to change your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

The item I want is out of stock – when will it be in?

Our stock is updated daily. Please check back frequently for updates on items listed as out of stock. You may order a product even though it is out of stock. We will immediately notify you of the expected time period to arrive in stock. Should you be unsatisfied with the waiting period, a full refund may be requested.
